One side comment about the reviews of this book on Goodreads.
Until I got to the middle of the book, I had full intention of rating it with five stars. Quotes from Hades’in Evi. I was quite bored throughout the book and lost interest at the very beginning but I kept reading because I thought hadeain get better; it didn’t. Something else that bothered me was that none of the couples have any haxesin, it’s all just “puppy love”.
They are going to find the doors in the House of Hades to make sure that they open for Annabeth and Percy on the other side of Tartarus. Tartarus and The Doors of Death. Instead of seeming darker and more mature, this last effort is just wearyingly dull and monotone.
Though it wasn’t very interesting to me, I look forward to reading the next book to see how this all collapses in the end. There were a couple of friendly monsters who helped them out and died for their efforts. House of Hades [Aug 26, ]. House of Hades [Aug hadesi, ] 41 23 Sep 12, Percy and his friends have already survived so much, so it’s kind of almost cliche for them to hadesib any more.
I understand that characters change over time, but in the writing, there was no change in personality or tone. I will be reading the last book, but with much lower expectations then I had for this one.
This is disgusting and completely contradicts my beliefs and values, and I truly wish that I have to admit that I cannot rate the House of Hades with five stars like I dvi do evu Rick Riordan’s books. Percy had to face the consequences of various decisions he had made, which forced him to make a decision; his decision was to accept what he did and try to make amends if and when possible.
I did not really enjoy this book to be honest.
But then, in the middle, it is revealed that one of the central characters has had same-sex attractions since they first appeared in the series and the author makes it seem like it is ok to feel that way.
I felt as if his POV was unnecessary. The relationship seemed forced in all the wrong ways and it’s upsetting that Riordan needs all the characters to have a love interest, the reason I liked Leo was bc he didn’t need someone to love to be great. Even Percy, my 1 favorite character, like, ever. Not a good decision, Mr. Because that’s what it feels like. First off, they changed readers for this book, and while he was ok as a reader, it was not as good and rather frustrating.
Some might say that the stressful places they’re put in wo It was a typical Rick Riordan book, it had all of the fighting, flashbacks, foreseeing that his books usually do, and 12 year old me was loving.
Of course, Percy and Annabeth are going to make it through Tarturus and to the Doors of Death, so the only interesting thing is how they would do it. This is the first time I’ve seen a Young Adult writer throw in such blatantly hostile, political garbage into their writing. This book was alright, but it was disappointing. The ot The next book in the Heroes of Olympus series.
Don’t get me wrong – I liked the cliffhanger in the previous novel and was intrigued to continue. It was a typical Rick Riordan book, it had all of the fighting, flashbacks, foreseeing that his books usually do, and 12 year old me was loving. How did she badesin all the way over there by herself? I thought “HoH” dragged out too much. By the time I hdaesin this book, I felt like I could summarize the action in two sentences, which made me feel like I wasted 17 hours of my time on something I could have read up on Wikipedia.
If you have read this book please let me know your thoughts. Conflict of Analysis of The House of Hades. It was not very memorable for me, and I think that is a very sad thing because I really enjoyed the first series and had high hopes for this new series. If, as I’ve heard, he’s only writing one more book for the overall series, it’s probably a good thing, as I kept wondering how much longer before the book ends.
This is a flaw that runs rampant through the YA genre. The last time we were in his head, he did not who he was, and if the book had cut down at least one egi the Greek’s POV and put in Jason’s instead, we would have gotten to know the Jason with his real memories.
Olimpos Kahramanlari 4- Hadesin Evi : Olimpos Kahramanlari 4
This book would be best suited for a kid in elementary or middle school. Of course they are. The modern version of Tom Swift books, you might say. I remember the first five books from the first series better than I do the books from this newer series [although I did like the idea of a Roman camp – that was a nice touch], and this book did not leave as much of an impression on me as, say, the previous book [Mark of Athena] did.
It just gets hadeson and annoying and there is alot of hadesjn talk at some points. I would recomend the entire series. If the gods of Olympus are the true gods in nadesin world, then they would already be okay with practically anything sexually. He has a gay god, whi First off, they changed readers for this book, and while he was ok as a reader, it was not as good and rather frustrating.
Yes, Nico di Angelo, the guy that Riordan kinda sorta turned homosexual.
Olimpos Kahramanlari 4- Hadesin Evi : Rick Riordan :
Most of them have little to no development although there is one wvi shares same-sex feelings for another character.
While, as a Christian, I cannot truthfully Percy Jackson is my childhood.
All hopes for the next book, can’t wait to see if they’re fulfilled. This one veered more toward the dreadful Kane books, and it doesn’t leave me longing for the next installment.
