Great book Fantastic story about family, love and bufflao. I fill like I can become part of each person in the books. He’s holding back his association with Value-X from everyone including his parents and feels like he is betraying them, especially Carrie, who was betrayed by her first husband. Rationalizing that he’s supposed to find out as much about Macobmer Valley as possible, he agrees. She wasn’t that terribly old, probably in her 70’s, yet she was painted valleu if she was around An Engagement in Seattle: As Christmas draws near, he decides to visit his family in Grand Forks, North Dakota — while he waits for his reluctant fiancee to make up her mind.
I regret that my children will only know their grandparents from what I tell them. I liked how the town rallied together to keep Value-X from moving into the community, and ultimately destroying the town, with a love story thrown in for good measure.

I also felt Natalie buuffalo not played to character, one moment she is a unemotional, detached professional who isn’t interested in marriage and the next, she’s a spiteful, jealous lady who was bent on revenge.

I have not read the others in the series buffapo I’m sure I missed a few things, but honestly, it didn’t seem to matter. If Not for You. Precariously close to being destitute, Eliza needs a hero, but she’s not expecting one who almost runs her down with his car! That is unrealistic and while I read these books for escape, I do want a little bit of reality. This Matter of Marriage.

I really loved the characters and their individual stories. He wants to stay in Buffalo Valley and fight for its way of life. The Farmer Takes a Wife. But overall, it was a fun, quick read that I finished up in short order.
